Install WindowReturn, allow it to move your windows, and save your favorite arrangement.

Your first layout
From download to a desk that remembers.
Install the app
Open the downloaded file, drag WindowReturn into Applications, and open it from there. You'll find it in your Mac's menu bar.
Allow window access
In System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility, allow WindowReturn to move and resize your windows.
Under Desktop & Dock → Mission Control, turn on “Displays have separate Spaces” and turn off “Automatically rearrange Spaces based on most recent use.” This keeps your saved Desktop order consistent.
Save your layout
Arrange your windows, save the layout, and choose whether it should apply automatically. If you've already purchased WindowReturn, enter the license key from your order in the app.
